description:
Poly (vinyl chloride) was dissolved in
polychlorinated paraffins by chlorine gas, and was dissolved in the mixed
solvent of two dichloroethane or tetrahydrofuran, acetone, toluene, butyl
acetate and so on. With 10% to 20% of the solution, applied to the soft and
hard polyvinyl chloride products and the adhesion of PVC and leather, metal,
wood, etc..

Usage
method：
